More About The Success Process

Goals and Metrics

Do you have the right key metrics in place for your business?
Have you unleashed the power of goal setting with your Team?

Once visions have been clearly defined, the next step in the “process” is to insure the right metrics and goals are in place to support achieving our visions. While statistics vary on this topic, our findings are that very few businesses clearly understand this step of the process. Many have the metrics and goals; however, when challenged, they do not support the ultimate visions.

What is holding you back?

In a recent workshop, Ray Hilbert, CEO/Co-Founder Truth@Work, discussed what holds businesses and individuals back,

FEAR.

Ray further pointed out the 7 Impacts of Fear On The Christian Business Owner

1. Fear Replaces Faith
2. Fear Destroys Dreams
3. Fear Steals Our Joy and Blessings
4. Fear Spoils Victories
5. Fear Paralyzes Us
6. Fear Robs Us of Memories
7. Fear Causes Us to Hesitate Because of Disbelief

Within a biblical context, Ray also notes that the Bible says “fear not” 365 times. Is that once for every day of the year?

While presented in a biblical context, we challenge you to give this thought regardless of your biblical beliefs. With this past year’s economy, are you or your organization being held back? If so, we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss and look for ways to go beyond these fears.

Three Wishes, Dreams, Success

What are your three wishes?
What are your dreams?
What does success look like in your life?

These are questions we routinely ask in our consultations and encourage all to spend time thinking about. We find many times that business goals appear to be in conflict with leaders overall wishes, dreams, or what true “success” looks like for their life. We challenge you to build your business to support your life visions. Sound like pie in the sky? We’re up for the challenge; are you!

Don’t let “little things” hold you back from achieving your BIG VISION!

Recently, my wife and I spent the weekend on a leadership challenge course. This experience reminded me of the importance of having clear intentions and not letting the “little things” get in the way of our BIG VISIONS! While our The Success Process emphasizes goals, strategies, and plans for achieving your vision, an important step we cannot over look is declaring our intentions moment by moment throughout the entire process. Clear Vision

No matter whether your running a business, raising a family, or pursuing your “dreams” in life, it all starts with a “clear vision”. Often, especially in difficult times, we are challenged with truly having “clear vision”. The Success Process starts with a clear understanding of vision:
What is Success?
What are your “dreams”?
What is the desired change?
Once this is clearly defined, the “work” begins!
How are you doing? Our vision is to aid you in achieving yours.
