More About Us

It’s About The Experience!

When you go to McDonalds, why do you go there?  Is it for the great hamburgers?  Maybe the great icy coke, thick shakes, sundae’s, or apple pies?  Or, maybe, it’s none of these and it’s really about the “experience”.  The “experience” of convenience, kids playing on the playground, consistency of how the food tastes, clean bathrooms, and more.  So, when it comes to the “experience”, how do you describe this to someone?  Simply put…you don’t! Really, you have to “experience” it for yourself firsthand in order to “get it”.

Well, the same holds true with High Performance Coaching.  You don’t “get it” until you “experience” it. Whether you’re looking to grow profits, create a culture of excellence, learn how to influence people, be a better husband/wife, or improve other aspects of your life, the process is very similar.  And, a key part of that process is having a catalyst, change agent, coach, or non-biased third party to act as a sounding board, maintain a focus on vision, push you for commitment, provide accountability, as well as many other aspects of support.

As an example, we recently had a conversation with an owner who was of the typical, “I don’t need someone to tell me how to run my business” mindset.  After several months of coaching with their Team, this individual admitted that they were initially of this mindset; however, believe our contribution was one of the best things that has ever happened to their business.  We hear this same story over and over once people get past the initial resistance and choose to start to engage in the “experience” of High Performance Coaching.

By the way, we should mention that we also pay for and value this type of “experience”.  While we are continually learning more and more about coaching, success, leadership, and other aspects of personal and team development, we too still need someone or, in our case, teams of individuals coaching and mentoring us as leaders.  We pay as much, and in many times more than, our clients for these types of services which has aided us in seeing revenues increase 31% and profits increase 57% this year.

Arnold Business Advisors LLC provides a wide range of coaching experiences for businesses and individuals. Our client portfolio is diverse and includes international coaching clients. We don’t claim to be the least expensive option for coaching services; however, we do focus on “success” and exceeding expectations.  What this looks like is normally a significant multiple of our fees.

Are you ready to test the waters on this “experience”?  Your one click or phone call away and we guarantee satisfaction.

Have a FANTASTIC day!

Best regards,
Chris

We appreciate your feedback!

Dear Friend,

Based off feedback from our community over the past several months, we have been working to narrow the focus of our newsletter and overall brand.  As many are aware, we are “more than a coach” with our core competency centering around a process for manifestation of results.   We are passionate about inspiring leaders and their team to breakthrough challenges that they are facing.  Normally this involves a process of getting people “conscious” about dysfunction, or limiting beliefs, and setting clear intentions on consciously manifesting results.  It’s been our experience that this process yields returns well beyond what most envision.

That all being said, we need your feedback to continue to improve.  The following link is a newsletter survey.  If you’re like most, you typically receive multiple newsletters and we don’t want to be just another newsletter to fill your Inbox.

Please Complete This Survey

We know that the completion of this survey takes valuable time away from your day and we want to take this time to thank you in advance for helping us out by completing this survey.

Thanks for our continued relationship and have a great day!

Best regards,

Chris

Biblical Success

Arnold Business Advisors LLC prides itself in aiding businesses and individuals in truly defining what “success” looks like and building strategies to achieve this “success”.

With this being our mission, it’s not uncommon for us to engage in discussions with those sharing our beliefs on how biblical principles apply to “success” in the business.  These generally are some enlightening conversations.

John D. Beckett, chairman of the privately held R. W. Beckett Corporation in North Ridgefield, Ohio, wrote one of the leading books on living out Christian faith in the marketplace, Loving Monday (InterVarsity, 1998). Now Beckett, 68, has written a sequel, Mastering Monday: A Guide to Integrating Faith and Work (InterVarsity, 2006). Senior associate editor Stan Guthrie recently sat down with him.” Click here to read Guthrie and Beckett’s article.

Once you review, we’d love to hear your prospective.

Seeking Distribution Outlets for Christian-based Apparel

We recently have joint ventured with God Is Good LLC, a Christian-based apparel business, and are seeking distribution outlets for their product.  Their products are presently distributed by Anchor Distributors and in retail outlets like Family Christian Stores, Luis Palau, Bill Gaither, and many independent book stores.  They are primarily focused on developing larger distributors for their product worldwide.  As you will note, this is a missions based business with 20% of their sales being given back to faith-based organizations.  Please contact me directly with any prospective distribution outlets.

Additionally, we encourage you to visit their site and support this missions based business through the purchase of their products and sharing the site with others.

Thanks for your support!

Are you ready for the recovery?

This past week, I attended the ACG Indiana & The Alliance Group Joint Luncheon. Panel discussion speakers were John Aplin, Managing Director of CID Capital, Private Equity Group; Chuck Williams Dean of Butler College of Business; and John Platek, Managing Director with PNC Capital Markets. The overall economic outlook of the panel was very positive with the number of deals and lending dramatically improving over the past six months. While all of the speakers comments were good and appreciated, Chuck Williams comments hit home with our business. Chuck mentioned that when meeting with businesses today, his question is “Are you ready for the recovery?” Paraphrasing, I had the following takeaways from Chuck and the panel’s discussions:

Strategic Plan/Vision: Most have been in survival mode over the past couple of years. Now is a great time to pull out the strategic plan and refocus on where your team is headed. The things that have made your business successful during the past couple of years are likely not the same ones which will make it successful in the next few years.

Take care of your employees: It’s been a difficult couple of years for employees who have survived the economic downturn with your business. Moral may be, in some cases, at an all time low. Now is the time to refocus on your employees and their contribution such that you don’t find yourself losing employees who simply need a fresh start.

It’s a great time for a strategic buy: For those who have been considering making strategic acquisitions, now is the time to seriously consider. Buyers are encouraged to be careful of overvalued businesses in this time; however, for the right strategic reasons, now is likely one of the best times to consider moving forward.

Likely one of the reasons these areas stood out to us is that they are completely inline with what our business does to assist others. Getting your team in a room and in alignment with a future direction is a process we greatly enjoy doing for those we serve.

We hope you are equally encourage about 2011 and look forward to your comments.

Have a FANTASTIC day!

Asking For Help

In a leadership workshop some time back, I was given the opportunity to step outside my comfort zone a bit. Like most, I wrestled with the concept of “Asking for Help” ; especially, when it revolved around money and myself. For the right cause, I had absolutely no problem “asking for help” to include money; however, personalizing it made things extremely difficult.

One of the myths surrounding this topic is “successful people never ask for help as it’s a sign of weakness”. On the contrary, one of the most important traits of great leaders is their vulnerability. Being vulnerable and communicating to others builds trust by letting others know that, while you may not have the answers, you are willing to find them.

In addition, inherent in most individuals is the desire to “help” someone. How will they know, if we never “ask”?

Speaking of “Asking for Help”, Arnold Business Advisors operates primarily on referrals. While we would love to say all of our business is long term, reality is that most clients have an end point. We are winding down several projects and need your “help” in the upcoming months supporting our visions. Please call or pass our information along to anyone whom may be “asking for help” in their business.

Virtual Coaching

Wow!  Just completed another great coaching session with a client in Spain via Skype.

They are in a major growth phase for which we are aiding in their strategic planning.  Equally as important, we are that “coach”, sounding board, and accountability partner which successful people acknowledge the importance and desire.

Do you have a coach?  With today’s technology, virtual coaching is a reality which we find to work well.
