We just spent another “whatever it takes” weekend with a great group of leaders going through Zarvos Coaching and Consulting’s VIA curriculum. Many often ask what my “expertise” is? I find this to be a difficult question as we tend to want to put people in a “box”. When I sat down to ask this question of my advisors, they were very quick to say “you are a catalyst”. While I do have specific areas which I have experience, my true value is working with others to identify challenges and go after them. Humbly, I would offer, that I don’t recall a failure to date.
